The restaurant “Parco del Rio Sparto” is located in Canistro, just a few steps away from the famous baths. It it the ideal place if you want to enjoy some typical food from the Marsica region. 

The cuisine is simple and genuine, and this is the main strength of the restaurant. The appetizers are varied – with seasonal cold cuts and cheese, and a lot of seasonal sauces that strongly evoke the territory. 

Among the first courses we find the gnocchi with truffle, while as a second course we recommend you trying the Angus beef steak and the hamburger with a side of French fries made with Fucino’s potatoes.
