Located in Carrito, a district of Ortona dei Marsi, the restaurant “Lo Chalet di Carrito” is surrounded by nature. It offers you the opportunity to taste typical dishes from Abruzzo made with local meats and other products. 

In this small hamlet, home of the brown Marsican bear, this restaurant is a pleasant surprise, especially if you are here for a Sunday hike or if you are spending some days relaxing surrounded by nature. 

The appetizer, made with typical products, are very generous. Among the first courses, we recommend you trying pasta with orapi and pancetta; among the second courses, instead, the arrosticini and roast lamb. The orange and cinnamon tonic liquors are a must at the end of the meal.
