"La locanda del buongustaio", in Luco dei Marsi, is the right mix of traditional dishes and the research of new, delicate flavors. The owners opened this restaurant because of their love for Abruzzo’s traditions and homemade meals.
The chef offers plenty of carefully crafted dishes. Among the appetizer, one of the most requested dishes are the bruschetta with scamorza and cameralized onion, and the one with whipped codfish.
Among the first courses we recommend the gnocchi made with pumpkin, guanciale, truffle and ricotta, as well as the ravioli filled with chestnuts and with a sauce made of mushrooms and guanciale. As a second dish, you truly cannot miss the arrosticini, one of the most characteristic dishes of the territory. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
