The gastropub “Diavolo Sbuffante” is just a few steps away from the old railway station of Civita d’Antino, in the Liri Valley.
The restaurant based the entire menu on the theme of trains. The very name of the restaurant comes from Richard Trevithick, an English inventor that experimented with the creation of a steam locomotive dubbed the “puffing devil”.
The gastropub is a reference point for families and the youngest, and it offers an alternative menu to that of a traditional restaurant: pizza, burgers made with local meat and deep-fried specialties, to go along with a good chalice of wine or a refreshing pint of beer.
