Description

“Lillino”, in Aielli, is a restaurant that relies on a long experience based on love for food and wine pairings. The goal of the chefs is to find the perfect balance between the flavors they want to bring to the table and the client’s requests. 

In 1966, the Piccone family owned a small piece of land near Cipresso. The land was mostly used a vineyard and, over time, people started stopping here to eat something. With time, the offered dishes slowly changed from simple sandwiched to delicious first courses with homemade pasta, locally grown mushrooms, and mixed grills with local meats. 

Lillino then decided to make a job out of his passion for cooking and, just after a short while, opened the restaurant – one of the first in the area, a rustic and welcoming place with wooden furniture. His wife, Silvana, worked with him: despite being young, she already has a vast experience with the local and Sicilian cuisine. They never lost their love for this job, and still today you will find here recipe based on their concept of cuisine.
